Non-Purdue Guest Presenter and Partner Agreement
If you plan to help with the Goat Club in any capacity this year (including leading an activity, giving a demonstration, or volunteering at an event), please complete and sign the attached Non-Purdue Guest Presenter and Partner Agreement.
This form is part of Purdue Extension's Youth Protection policy and helps ensure a safe environment for all youth participating in our programs.
Please:
* Read the form completely.
* Sign and date it.
* Return it to the Goat Club leadership or Purdue Extension as soon as possible.
